As Equalize Health’s Operation Lead for ECHO, Ankita is responsible for managing the program operations across different geographies of the ECHO Program at Equalize Health. Ankita is involved in identifying, onboarding, planning and implementation of all the ECHO Program level activities in proper coordination with the Program Team. Before joining Equalize Health, Ankita was working with organizations wherein she was responsible for Program Management and Implementation activities in different focus areas like; healthcare, skill development and community awareness around the importance of education, health and hygiene.
Ankita is originally from UP but has lived almost across the country because her father was in the Indian Air Force. Ankita has completed her Bachelors as well as Master's degree from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi and carries more than 4 years of experience. When she’s not working, she enjoys dancing, traveling to different places especially mountains and spending time with her loved ones.
