As Quality Assurance Coordinator at Equalize Health, Kavita is responsible for providing support to QA/RA in implementing and maintaining of Quality Management System (QMS) and by assisting in QMS training, design control, document control and other QMS related activities to stay up-to-date with current industry and regulatory standards in order to maintain regulatory compliance.
Kavita grew up in Chandigarh, deemed as “the city beautiful” of India, in the backdrop of the Shivalik hills where she travels to visit her family whenever she can. She moved to the United States to pursue her higher education and settled in San Luis Obispo in 2011 after graduating from University at Buffalo with a BS in Biotechnology. Kavita had over 4 years of experience in the medical device industry before joining Equalize Health.
On a personal front, Kavita enjoys cooking, gaming and hiking with her dog on the scenic trails and beaches of central coast California.
